Kevin J. Radey and Christopher D. Layton are the founding partners of the firm.  They met while attending the Wake Forest School of Law, and were admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2000.  Kevin completed his undergraduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Chris graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park.
